That's excellent Becca, it reads well and is convincing. Try and think how you could add a small element about her style as that is currently lacking from her interview. I'd also look at how you can give the interview a 'younger' style. At the minute I'd say it reads just like a Q interview and lacks the informality you might want (I am nit picking though).
